Goals

  • Support FirstCoach.In Africa to establish the Hope English Centre and IMBIN coach instruction in the Kyaka refugee settlement as a model empowerment initiative.
  • Develop and mobilize leaders to replicate the Kyaka initiative.
  • Implement the FCIN “wedge” strategy to establish empowerment hubs where the Kyaka initiative is implemented.
  • Partner with the GLOBE Center in Jamaica on leadership development.
